Our thick-cut, bone-in pork chops are a customer favorite—and once you taste them, you’ll understand why. Raised right here on our regenerative farm, these chops come from heritage breed pigs that live as nature intended—rotationally grazed across diverse pastures, free to root, forage, and explore new ground regularly.

Just like a premium steak, our pork chops are best when seared and served medium. They're hand-cut to roughly 1” thick, leaving the bone in for richer flavor and juicier results.
